Music wise, there ok. But then I saw a interview of them (don't remember which one) and turns out the frontman is actually hilarious so I'm kinda a fan in the sense I wanna see them succeed

i went to COIN's facebook page to mine for humorous content, but what i found is much more disturbing. 95% of the comments on their facebook posts are from this guy Doug Bonar, who, when they post a lineup, he comments "bands" or "line ups" or "line upd" over and over again. when they post a youtube video he'll post "you tube" or "vevo" over and over again. and look at the date stamps, he isn't posting these comments all in one site visit, he keeps returning to the same post over weeks and weeks to again type "bands" and press enter.
i will feel unsafe at any festival that books COIN, knowing Doug Bonar could also be there. seriously what the fuck:

Holy shit. This dude comments on Joywave’s tweets and Instagram posts. He’s been doing it since 2015. Now I need to go on a deep dive and find some of these.
Im glad theyre cracking down on that. Some people got them into coachella but never had to encounter anyone using it in a giant ass crowd. Also regular foot stools are becoming a thing too cause short girls figured out it might be worth the trouble.
