“If a participant misses their pick, the draft will continue as if a pick was made and the participant can then select from any remaining acts at the time that they register their pick. If a player is still on the clock from a previous turn because their time expired without making a selection, then when their next turn comes around the twelve (or eight or three) hour wait for their turn is waived. A participant can make up a maximum of two picks - if they fall behind by more than two picks the additional picks are forfeit.”

one of the times I saw them, the venue was so small and they were so loud that it gave me vertigo. I had never experienced that before and it scared the holy living fuck out of me.

God I forgot about how good this band is. I remember finding them through this Tiny Desk and they're all I could talk about for a week lol. Good pick and thanks for reminding me of their existence.
