It is looking like the move will be Tent Only (like the olden days - that's where the original Inforoo brunches were!) for brunch next Friday. We'll post more specific location in here by Thursday, but mostly just look for the flag (shown in OP of this thread); if for whatever reason this TO plan doesn't look feasible by Thursday, we will let folks know & the backup is just to do a cozy squished brunch at RV haha but I think TO will work out just fine!

P.S. We've had a couple lovely folks volunteer to bring an extra canopy for brunch; if you also have one that's easily transported/rolled and wouldn't perturb your camp to bring it just for brunch, then it would be amazing to have just one or two more - but we will be OK with what we have, too!
We're good. extra ez ups on tues and wed help a lot. If we have to do a small move backwards to just be in a larger space, that's not going to be an issue. Leo, Scott, and I got this. Do follow the flag.

If there's one thing I know about brunch it's that all are welcome. I mean, they'll have to pay the membership fee, the service charge, get the E-Z Up pass, and pay any applicable state taxes and fees, and the damage deposit (fully refundable in 6-8 weeks, upon inspection and check-out evaluation of course), but it's cool. I may bring some first-timers, too. Had one last year but then there was like a tornado or hurricane or whatever.
I can cover a good bit of the camp chairs. An extra table or 2. Will bring an extra cooler for water and ice if need be.
Can bring an exup over if need be but I don’t know if I have a fancy rolling one. I think I did at some point?
I will be walking over to RV to make some food. I'll bring some chairs as necessary and back. We will NOT end up at the corner, that's asking for too much. My thought is we will end up top left, I will already stake down ground and indicate why. Not my first move but speaking on reality. Slightly in to the top of Sputnik, maybe middle as we see how things move. But I know how to take space, I've gone to Roo alone 3 times.
If anyone is interested, I've set up a Inforoo Groupme for this year to help coordinate meeting up for shows, finding brunch, etc. Shoot me a DM with your phone # and I'll add you.

Brunch will be on the left side to middle of Sputnik. I will have more info on Wed. as people start to stake area. I will be dead left corner on Tues, and move as necessary. Worst condition is having to stake at the back of Sputnik but road-wise that is the 2nd best option.
I will post on Wed. here to spread info, but we are stuck until we see how Tent Only ends up. I see less people than usual, but I can't assume.
