Scott and I are going to be in Tent Only for the duration, getting there Wed evening. We're totally down for having brunch there. We're only going to have 1 large and 1 small EZ-UP but whatever space we can grab we're willing to share!

We are absolutely heartbroken to announce that we must cancel Brunch. While this weekend’s weather looks outstanding, currently Tent Only is waterlogged in many areas, the ground is incredibly saturated on our tollbooth paths, and the campgrounds are flooded to the point that we are unable to drive in or park vehicles safely.
We have done everything in our power to try to keep the show moving forward, but Mother Nature has dealt us a tremendous amount of rain over the past 24 hours, and we have run out of options to try to make the event happen safely and in a way that lives up to the Brunch experience.
Please find ways to safely gather with your Inforoo community and continue to radiate positivity during this disappointing time. WE WILL SEE YOU IN MANCHESTER IN JUNE 2023!
All tickets purchased through Rummy will be refunded in as little as 30 days to the original method of payment.

Tent Only is defined by the limit of space. Me staying till Wed. and creating a tented area will create more space if we say we are doing brunch. Unless LN's new staff are complete assholes.
Still waiting to hear back from my friends, husband is down and has to ask wife, but if they say yes, I think we'll have a decent amount of space.
That being said, we'll only have three canopies and two tables, one being a card table, do the organizing folks have mo' infrastructure?
I'd hate to have half the brunch hanging out in the sun/nowhere to sit/etc
We are hoping for a yes. but we are prepared to bring any more structure needed.
well wait, I think one thing we really don’t want to do is drag a bunch of heavy stuff far across the Farm on Friday morning. Pretty sure we aren’t prepared to do that haha so we need to determine what’s actually needed in terms of infrastructure, but this is a good potential back up plan & we definitely appreciate the offer, theAmberRhino !

Totally agreed, unfortunately I can't pack a whole helluva lot into my Golf and they're loaded up tight as well, so worst case scenario, we have the space and not much else 😅

I have one 10x10 EZ-Up that is on rollers. So I could get it wherever without too much issue if we need it.
ok so between a 13x13, 8x8, and 10x10, that's sounding like a decent amount of shade.
Tent only is directly diagonal from RV this year on the map, so it is sounding like this might be the best bet, if Leo/Deto can secure enough room over there on Tues/Wed.

it folds down the size of one of those camping chairs so it's really portable. just need a hand setting it up. it's 10x10 but shade area is slightly smaller than an EZup, and has one wall to provide some extra shade. I can pack it up and bring it with me.

awesome! if you and steponsampras could drop your canopy things off Wed. or Thurs. at Leo / @gno 's Tent Only area, then they'd be able to expand their area in effect and hold a larger spot for Friday morning!

I won't be coming in until Thursday sometime. it's going to be part of my shade structure at my camp. I can pack it up and bring it to brunch for shade, but i may not be over to TO before then.

I should be able to drop the tent off on Wednesday to help hold space. Me and my crew are planning to roll in at some point late afternoon. Leo and @gno , we can coordinate on getting that over there assuming it all works out for you to host.

I got the 1.5 pound pack of macadamias and 2.5 pound pack of cashews yesterday. I'll probably bring the cashews even though we probably won't eat all 2.5 pounds considering the required chomping on Dee's Nuts.
It is looking like the move will be Tent Only (like the olden days - that's where the original Inforoo brunches were!) for brunch next Friday. We'll post more specific location in here by Thursday, but mostly just look for the flag (shown in OP of this thread); if for whatever reason this TO plan doesn't look feasible by Thursday, we will let folks know & the backup is just to do a cozy squished brunch at RV haha but I think TO will work out just fine!

P.S. We've had a couple lovely folks volunteer to bring an extra canopy for brunch; if you also have one that's easily transported/rolled and wouldn't perturb your camp to bring it just for brunch, then it would be amazing to have just one or two more - but we will be OK with what we have, too!
