Waffle all day and it's not even close. It's like a pancake but with a texture journey and little syrup holes so it doesn't just slide off onto the plate everywhere. Damn I want a waffle

TIN candidates, what is your opinion on Waffle House?
In Chicago so I don't got it, but I go every time I'm I'm the south. I love it there I got a big connection to dinners they make me happy. Reminds me of this song:
TIN candidates, what is your opinion on Waffle House?
I was hoping someone would ask!
Waffle House is in my opinion the greatest of all fast food chains, not because they have amazing food, or because I go there often, but because when you're hungry they are THERE. They are open 24/7/365 and are often the first place open after a natural disaster, to the point that FEMA uses it informally as a metric to gauge how badly hit an area is by natural disaster. Waffle House is one of the only establishments I've been to that has live entertainment at 3am, from the possible scuffles to drunk singing from people who just put the same song on the jukebox 6 times in a row. For weary travelers, Waffle House is a stop where you know exactly what you're going to get, no matter which one you stop at- some delicious, greasy, food that you know isn't good for you, but will provide you the fuel you need to continue your journey, no matter the hour. As a hungover person? That greasy goodness will get you up and ready to party again that day. There's nothing quite like those nice folks stopping their cigarette break when you pull up to hold the door open for you, and ask for your order on their way behind the counter where they begin to cook it without washing their hands (but they did put some gloves on!)
My personal order is an Arnold Palmer, a waffle, and burnt hash browns, smothered and covered (that's with grilled onions and cheese for you non-southern folks).
