London getting 9 is so lucky, that album isn't even out anymore. Imagining hearing Bitter Streets live. If you are willing to travel and can only hit one show, I'd go see 9 for the rarity alone.
My area (LA) is getting Black Is and I'm excited, but might travel for 5 and 9. Hearing Masterpiece (from 5) and Bitter Streets (9) are the two experiences I want the most
I came across 9 a few months ago in a record store and never bought something so fast
Lana announced as the Rock en seine headliner/opener of the fest. Slot went to Billie Eilish last year.
All her 2024 Europe shows have been headliner slots thus far.
LDR and Fred Again share the same night for the UK Reading-Leeds festival and I think he is closing. No poster yet, just a list of 10 names and some day splits.
Seems like more of a logistical thing. When they announced headliners Lana was billed at the front. Check their IG/UK press releases.

Davido announced three shows in NY, Montreal, and Orlando in April. Saturday and Sunday for both weekends are technically open, but the routing doesn't make it seem super likely.
My biggest fear is that there are, we're just not paying attention and it's just LDR, Dua Lipa and Tyler.
3 well acclaimed headliners, 2 of which beginning new eras, is your worst fear?
Stay out of the Bonnaroo thread if you think that's bad
To each their own, and there's always the "Just go to another stage" argument, I just don't think a Lana del Rey show would be fun, not a big fan of Dua's music and I've already seen Tyler. It's fine if you like those HLs, some people won't and that's ok too.

I'm holding out hope for a big reunion or something way off of people's radars, but they could do much worse than those three + saving some budget for a big RTTD and second line
I don't really get the Sault hype, I feel like if they weren't "anonymous" they wouldn't be nearly as big of a deal
Then again I listen to Yeat so what do I know
Sault may have never been seen together as a group but we know who their individual members are, so I don't think that's the reason why. Cleo Sol is a big name in modern soul and r&b. Their producer has done big works for other artists like Adele.
Their music is just really high quality, Cleo is a great singer. I do think some of their release tactics are a little gimmicky and I don't think ALL of their albums are great. They're performing the best ones live, though. They know which ones are the ones.
Frank's set had good moments but it was not an overall good set. For me, personally, hearing Crack Rock live was amazing because it was so unexpected on the setlist and hearing live drums on it was so cool. And yeah there were a couple other moments that were good. But like 75% of the set was him not singing and that's what made it bad, for me.
It had all of the potential to be a fantastic set if he just actually sang his songs and wasn't so late lol
With Pear Jam announcing two headlining spots for the summer and tour for a new album also expected in 2024…what if??? Would not be mad…would be a great headliner IMO.

I saw LDR this year. She was great, still a very melancholic show but she wins non-fans over with ‘Video Games’ ‘Summertime Sadness’ and ‘Young & Beautiful’ and she can always pull a crowd. Plus she has that mystique Frank has where even if you’re not necessarily a fan you’ll see the set.
I also like Dua, but it’s been a minute since Future Nostalgia and I haven’t followed her career closely since. She has enough hits to do it but I can see her headlining 2025 maybe.
I’m biased because Tyler is an all time favorite of mine but if we see him on the lineup I think it’s headliner or bust. And if we do see him I’m sure that means he’ll release a new record before the fest so that’s a plus.
Those 3 as headliners would piss off old heads but pull tickets with Zoomers.
