If Soulwax comes stateside I hope they tour. I’m committed to not going to this, but if they’re booked I think I have too
Pretty sure they'll be stateside in the spring or summer. When they cancelled the last US tour they specifically said they would reschedule and be back, so with the Europe tour already locked in I think it's pretty much a lock they'll tour here, just a matter of when.
I thought I remembered hearing that, but wasn’t sure. I had tickets to Detroit and Chicago. Between that tour, Coachella and 5 other shows my bank account looked like the episode of The Office when Mose tried to re-ply the toilet paper.

Theyll tour if theyre playing. Not one of those to just do a one off. Although people would be hoping Despacio just happens again because theyre around. The Localchella show last time was a bonus.
They made Exile. They - nobody else - made Exile on Main Street. That band. Those humans. This festival.
I listened to Forty Licks so much in my disc man in middle school and early high school that it fucked the discs up. It’s a pretty massive booking if they pulled it off.

Killers are releasing a greatest hits album. Would be awesome to see on the fields, they put on a fantastic show. Paramore would be awesome but most likely not happening.

Lana del Rey is no headline material at all. She is , at this time , a 6 pm time slot at best . She doesn’t have a back catalogue to justify prime time .
I pick LDR catalogue over Dua Lipa, even if the album has stuff as good as Houdini.

I'm gonna choose to believe Tyler is in because since he started releasing music in 2009, he has dropped an album every single year. This is the first year he deviated from that schedule and I feel like the only reason he would agree to do that is if he got a headlining spot on the condition of him debuting his new era at Coachella.
Considering his career trajectory it wasn't if he would headline, it was when. And this year makes tons of sense.
Tyler headlining is a good story arc considering Odd Future had one of their first big gigs at Coachella. They got so big I think Coachella initially had them at the Heinekan House stage(until some cuationed that their fan like climinbing things, so it got bumped to a weird Sahara slot). Weeknd did his first US shows at Coachella and GV bought out a couple NYC club shows to maintain that bragging right.

hahahaha, I hear you. I've been laying the groundwork to go to two of the Europe shows as well, but haven't decided which two. Brussels is on the short list though.

As much as I like Dua, Lana and Tyler, I think that would be a pretty weak trio, possibly among the weakest Coachella has ever had. Needs some oomph with a bigger name to round it out.
