"Billing and lineup Issues" so they're not just missing HL3, there's issues with the billing? Where's that guy that said that LDR was playing but wasn't a Headliner? Is this the thing?
Also gotta be frustrating for artists, on the poster, who need to announce tour dates, release new singles for promo, or even albums.
It's sonewhat farfetched of me to expect her at Coachella, but Utada announced a tour and hasn't revealed dates yet when it was supposed to be revealed by now 🤔
I think The Internet and Lana made their posts because Coachella was supposed to be reveal that day too

Goldenvoice's Coachella Music & Art Festival has other festival promoters frustrated and fans left out in the dark. With no third headliner booked yet, CEO Paul Tollet is scouring his sources to locate and book a final headliner. Artists ranging from Black Sabbath, Justin Timberlake, Metallica, and Coldplay have been rumored to land the third and final headlining slot.

He has contacts with some Live Nation folks but doesn’t know anything about Coachella that hasn’t already been said here. While I’m sure it is frustrating for a handful of artists and smaller fests, this delay clearly isn’t stopping anyone from announcing 98% of their lineup. Guy is just looking for hits.
Okay I'll say it: it's time for a Coachella cum leak, even if its just a dribble. GV can only give us blue balls so many times before someone blows a load so messy that it scrambles the lineup placements.

Looks like Dogblood performed a surprise set this past weekend. Would love a solo skrillex or solo boys noize set but would really love a Dogblood set late night in the Sahara

Besides presumably Kilby and that other festival that posted complaining about the radius clause, what other festival is holding out? Peso is apparently playing Governors Ball, but seems like Gov Ball isn’t holding back from making their announcement soon.
