Animal Kingdom should be last and Hollywood Studios higher.
While Tower of Terror at DHS is one of my all time favorites, AK has outstanding ambience and original theming, including one of the most impressive feats in Imagineering, Pandora. I also like Everest way more than Rock N Rollercoaster due to its theming, and Dinosaur is a very weird, scary, original take on DL’s Indy ride system.
DHS still has Muppetvision, which I adore, but the rest of the lands/rides are copies of other parks or don’t impress me much. I think DHS is dead ass last because it has like 3 rides I can’t find anywhere else, a crappy Indy stunt show, the lesser Fantasmic, and poor theming. Whereas I could walk around AK all day, even if it has fewer attractions and shows.

Look, I’m Coachella adjacent with my dumbass Disney takes. Second time I went to Coachella in 2014, I woke up the Monday after Weekend 1 at 5 AM and went to Disneyland for the first time. Was able to hit all the rides in both parks in one day.
Did the same thing between Desert Trip and Desert Daze in 2016.
