I've been frustrated trying to use my AMEX points for a flight this week, thinking about canceling and going back to Chase, but this is a nice reminder of some of the benefits. Literally no line when I went back in a second time.
That wasnt too bad. Had gotten into amex and then regular came up with tier 1 still magically. Crazy not having had to pull the trigger in 4 years on a ticket. But year 20, here we come.

Weekend 1, Tier 1. Seems like tier 1 is bouncing between being available and not being available, feel bad for some friends who checked out with tier 2 pricing.
Was a little tempted to buy a pass via the AMEX presale but with doing Corona Capitol in November I'm going to wait for the lineup. Part of me thinks 2023 was a bit of a black swan event with them booking acts like Gorillaz, The Chemical Brothers, Bjork and Underworld and I'm going to need acts like that to justify the expense of this festival.

Just checked Stubhub and tickets are already at an embarrassingly low price of $607 for W2. Looks like our beloved Coachella is going to be sold for parts to the Saudi government and the polo fields turned into a nuclear waste site. :-(

Weird feeling not taking part in the advance sale for the first time since I started going in 2016. Hope they bring another 2023-type lineup for y'all - Couchella here I come. See you in a few years, Coachella!
