Big Thief is playing the Fairbanks Lawn at Hollywood Forever this week. They sold it out, but it took a few months. Several months to sell 3,000 tickets in LA.
boygenius sold out the Hollywood Bowl in one day. One day to sell 17,600 tickets in LA.

Yes, thats correct. Personally love Big Thief more, but boygenius are way up there at the moment, a few steps above Big Thief. boygenius soldout Madison SG in a day, and if I am correct soldout their London 25,000 cap headline show in a day as well.
Peso pluma was so fire tonight. Should be sick here
Webster Hall (NYC venue) is hosting a 'Peso Pluma Night'. Essentially just a night where they play his music, but he isnt performing. They usually do this for Taylor Swift, etc. I was shocked to that pop up on concert lists, but proves how big he is getting.
and after seeing TME's I started getting sick of looking at mine so here it is. a decent amount of overlap but a few key differences, some for fun, some more serious.
1/16: L'Impératrice 1/30: Jamie xx 2/1: DJ Seinfeld 2/7: Mild Minds* 3/1: Father John Misty* 3/4: knock2 3/7: Inhaler* 3/19: Confidence Man 3/23: DARKSIDE 5/8: Rüfüs Du Sol
He put full effort into his stage production. Probably the most I've ever seen on the Outdoor. If he were to headline, the visuals would be crazy.
Musically speaking, it was fine. The sound was VERY distorted and loud, especially those guitar bumpers he used between songs. But that was to be expected at a Travis show.
Safety wise, I never felt unsafe. It was packed and there was moshing, but coming from someone who is no stranger to metal pits, it felt fine. Tbh BROCKHAMPTON at Flog Gnaw felt more unstable to me lol. But if you're not a fan of rowdy music scenes in general, then it's probably best to watch from far in the back. I feel like it would be enjoyable that way if you're into the visuals and watching but not being part of an active crowd.

Saw someone post this clip of King Krule on Reddit where he hints at an unannounced show at somewhere he hasn't played since 2018. Did some digging on setlist.com and though he hasn't played Australia, Mexico, Lithuania, Warsaw, and Istanbul since 2018, it sounds like he says "You Americans" at the end of the clip, which makes me think it's within the U.S. The only cities/places in the U.S. he isn't hitting on his current tour that he played in 2018 are San Diego, Tempe, and Coachella. Actually seems probable considering the leftover cities are all in the southwest and he could do a mini tour hitting San Diego, Arizona, and New Mexico around the fest. Thoughts?

I feel like it’s Mexico or any other non Coachella country/city you mentioned. I doubt that person says “I’m from Indio”. It could lead to a Coachella date but I don’t think that’s what they’re discussing
Wow SoFi and MetLife. That is crazy. lol feels like he is definitely headlining
Really wild to see how quickly his image was rehabbed. I’m sure his core fan base couldn’t care less about that happened at Astroworld but it does seem shocking. When this happened to Pearl Jam at Roskilde it really impacted how they set up their shows after that, looks like that didn’t happen here.
If he’s playing Coachella, any chance there’s a clause that says no nazi sympathizers allowed as guests?

One glaring thing in the tour dates is he couldnt book NRG in Houston. Still a liability it seems.
