Nah, someone asked Tim if he would book My Chemical Romance and asked if he would respond with a hard no, or a laugh emoji. He responded with that comment.
If Kilby lineup is real I want Yoke Lore, Bombay Bicycle Club, Yellow Days, Dinosaur Jr., Dayglow, Yves Tumor, Men I Trust, Alvvays, and Wu Tang. Really hope this means Pond is back too because of their cancellation.
Personally I’d love to share any of the headliners. I’d be ecstatic for Vampire Weekend, will be 10 years since I’ve seen them if they are booked. Really want to see and hear stuff from their most recent album too.
I’d love Postal Service/Death Cab both on there like Riot and this did. Might have a chance since he played a few years back and Shaky loves its repeat acts.
And I’d just cry if we got LCD back. My most wanted return headliner for Shaky hands down.

I’d be happy with Interpol and Alvvays. If there’s a headliner overlap, I’ll take LCD Soundsystem. I just hope Vampire Weekend doesn’t headline. If they’re at Shaky Knees, then I hope they sub.
