Do I really need more than 60 minutes of QOTSA? I plan to dive into their catalog once the lineup counts, but do they have that many deep cuts that would end up on the cutting room floor of a 60 min set that I would miss?
I saw them do a headline show last year and a 60 min. festival set. As a fan I enjoyed the longer show more of course, but they’re going to kill either way.
Not that Damon can't do both, but Blur will probably do a handful of shows this year and Gorillaz did a pretty extensive tour in 22 and they're not gonna do a one-off so I kinda have a hard time thinking they'll play. I guess you could say the same thing for AM too, international one offs are harder to get and I'm not sure what festivals or cities they would play outside of SK.
I think Blur plays some US dates in 2024 and I agree they're more likely than Gorillaz
second q, what would the consensus be on Paramore Lana boygenius
That would be 0/3 HL that I'm interested in seeing as a HL. Nothing wrong with them in general, just not my jam. Barring an out of this world undercard, I'd probably pass on the fest as a whole.

Remember when SK threw out a wild card of Stevie Nicks as a HL? I'd love to be truly surprised by one of the HLs....what is an artist/band that hasn't been mentioned yet? I'd be blown away if say, Peter Gabriel is one of the HLs. I want an out of left field feeling whenever they release the lineup

Considering they’re all Grammy nominated, there’s not way too many artists that could be surprising that we haven’t already discussed here that fit Shaky’s style(s) of music.

I could deal with paramore but I’d probably be napping like I did with Lumineers for the other two. I’ve said I’m going regardless so need the blind presale but this does present the opportunity to back off that statement.
With that said, I’d be shocked if those 3 were the actual headliner choices.
