I don't think Arctic Monkeys - Black Keys- Paramore would sell very well, even if it's not really that different than the headliners this year. ESPECIALLY if the undercard is lacking.
2019 was definitely my fav headliner group and lineup overall. Last year was really lacking on Sunday for me, and I'm not a huge MMJ fan to boot. This year had a fabulous undercard, but the worst headliner group of the 3 I've been to. However, all three are at least tolerable. To me the Black Keys would be worse than all 3 of them, even the Lumineers. If I had to rank those 3 and last years, I'd go:
Muse Arctic Monkeys Killers Paramore Lumineers Black Keys

I agree. Arctic Monkeys are super hit or miss live, and haven’t put out much great material since “AM”. Paramore has a very niche fan base, and Black Keys, although talented, are bland, and pretty boring live.

Just for fun here's how I'd rank all the headliners I've seen, and throwing in the potential mess tranter threw out. Not necessarily how they performed, but a combo of my personal taste and how I'd rank them in general. Not including Incubus because they really weren't a headliner.
NiN Tame Impala Muse Green Day Beck Arctic Monkeys The Killers MMJ Cage the Elephant Paramore Lumineers Black Keys
The 1975 Mitski - Deftones - Parcels - Violent Femmes - Durand Jones & The Indications - Unknown Mortal Orchestra - Pond - Say Anything - Built To Spill
Blink 182 Turnstile - Wilco - Brittany Howard - Weyes Blood - Animal Collective - Crosses - Alex G - Dope Lemon - Psychedelic Porn Crumpets
Florence & The Machine Weezer - Milky Chance - Wet Leg - Death Grips - Royal Blood - Shakey Graves - Flipturn - Crumb - Woods

I enjoyed 2015 the most as a group. The Strokes, Avett Brothers, Tame Impala (despite the poster saying Wilco). It was also the first year I went. And I hadn't seen any of them live before. So it's a sentimental pick. But LCD and NiN were my favorite HL shows.

yeah one of those “that could’ve been the headliner and I would’ve been totally satisfied” sets. Having Jack after that and Barnett before was a real slam dunk. Even skipped Fleet Foxes.

If I was going to lie, wouldn’t I say a name with a completely open tour schedule? Again, no clue what day Paramore is but if they’re Friday, that’s 6 days to get to France with their stuff. Not ideal but not impossible either.

I do think you make shit up most of the time but I do have this thing in the back of my mind that you know Tim somehow and get inside info and hide it in your bullshit. I have no idea why I think this but I have felt like that way for a while.

Lately Shaky seems to be putting the more modern HL on Friday, the older HL on Saturday, and the more niche HL on Sunday so if Paramore is playing it’ll likely be on a Friday
Yeah, maybe. I guess I’m just skeptical. That set of headliners would be very underwhelming. I just don’t see Tim being that lazy booking-wise.
there are very few rock bands big enough to headline that younger crowds actually care about. RHCP Paramore AM and Tame might be it. And if you try to appeal to older crowds, there aren’t many that aren’t super expensive.
I’d add Blink and maybe Green Day to that as well especially since blink just got the Coachella exposure

stop, if his ego inflates anymore he'll explode
I mean I lead with he makes shit up. It’s just always a weird feeling I have that he knows someone.
Updated: forgot that The 1975 is already playing MM, and Florence is gonna be done touring. Bjork is a dream wish but if Paramore is possible just swap her in.

Tim himself would never leak stuff. He gives little hints in the group sometimes but that’s it.
I’ve gotten a million different answers from my Atlanta C3 / LN guy. Some days he works in sponsors, other times he’s a volunteer coordinator. No clue what he actually does.

Paramore probably Friday, Keys Sat, AM Sunday if I’m guessing.
Both AM and Paramore’s shows this year sold out well before the show. Resale for AM has been consistently mid 100s for a lawn spot which is crazy for a Monday show. There’s a couple up for $100 rn tho. Paramore resale was like $150 for nosebleeds. Black Keys feels like a backup option honestly.
