in 2021, Tavi Gevinson wrote an article about Britney Spears where she talks about being abused by a "hapless, insecure, wealthy, much-older-than-me man". Many people have read between the lines of this as referring to Ezra Koenig, who she did have a relationship with. However, she doesn't say the names of any specific person in the article. It's now been almost 3 years and she's still never said anything more specific than that though. My own personal take is that, at bare minimum, Ezra Koenig was factually in a relationship with Tavi Gevinson, a woman much younger than him at the time, and that relationship was almost certainly inappropriate one way or another. But if she wanted to name him specifically by now, she could have, and she hasn't. She lists some potential reasons for why she chooses to do that in the article, but it's still her choice and I have to respect that too. At this point I can understand why someone would want to see them and why someone wouldn't.
He was never officially called out by the victim so I can get why but if your record label drops you then I honestly have no idea why you're still pushing that record (ie: Roisin).

Great lineup as always. Can't swing it next year, but seeing Pulp over the weekend dampens the FOMO for me. Hopefully this means new albums from Charli and VW next year.

We were planning on Kilby and staying in the States because we have a wedding in Ireland in the fall and are supposed to buy a house this summer, but fuck it. This is a pretty perfect lineup for me.
Good line up but doesn’t really blow me away like years past. Headliners are lacking as those will all end up in America this year sans Pulp and there’s not a ton of wow factor below that besides Beth Gibbons for me. Primavera has the edge on the experience overall but I’m fine skipping this year.
