Just for curiosity sake, isn't that more of a sauce? It's not a pizza sauce, but I don't think most pizzas are baked with hot honey though maybe some brush it on the crust?

It's not up to me. I love that shit. Latitude 40 in Austin turned me onto it. Zee's in New Orleans has it as well.
It's going to be pickled because that's what it is. But it's pretty easy to make. I don't make it because I hate cauliflower. Otherwise, I like many of the other vegetables. I prefer the mufuletta mix kind with olives (aka olive salad).
