Is sandwiches ready and yes?

Ponyo (autocorrect to poboy). Ponyo’s mother Grandmemere is wisdom. I know a badass who has a great tattoo of her from a female artist as that should have been. (Otherwise for rooloo for starting the thread) Sandwiches - which I don’t eat often anymore were on the agenda today. I had to go make final plans for lodging in NC in September. So I ended up with my kids where they were making peanut butter Asian burgers. I asked them to get me some chicken or else I’d just take a bite of someone’s and call it a day. So I got to modify for a peanut butter piece of marinated grilled chicken (1/3 breast filet) on a bun with melted peanut butter pepper jelly and quick pickled rice wine vinegar vegetables (carrots celery and onion). And fresh cilantro. They made me roast potatoes so I just went olive oil garlic kosher salt and rosemary for my contribution. But since they had Japanese bbq sauce I used that for mine. Then I got home and took a tiny piece of chicken and roasted a croissant in a pan and cut up some cherry tomatoes and jalapeños and stuffed that. Was also excellent. Thanks for the memories rooloo.
