It's pretty much a scientific fact ("science") now that you will get mad and also accuse the voters of being wrong. If you're not pissed at some point by votes in a survivor, it's probably not good enough.

There was a mean celebrity thread on r/AskReddit a few years back where he popped up in the replies.
The commenter said that they recognized him in public and approached him with their friends, gushing about the Shooter role and how funny he was. He shut the moment down and reminded them that it's just a character, no big deal, and rudely walked away.
Before they could process everything, McDonald got their attention again, did the little finger-gun thing and just said "Shooter!" He was just fucking with them the first time, and he went back to meet and chat and everything was okay.
People B.S. about famous people online all the time, but I hope that this one was true because it's goddamn funny.
