Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Since we now know one of them is Thursday, we should revisit the hint that Sunday has two artists that lots of people have been asking for. The one time it was brought up here someone assumed it was Dolla and Summit, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Seems like he was taking about the two top billed acts that day.
Hey so this is random, but I could use some help with something if you guys are in to it.
I'm going to be working with Roo along with our podcast and TOTEM and stuff to put together some resources for first timers. My thinking with all of this sort of thing is that I want to be welcoming of a fresh crowd, but also we want to keep traditions and such alive and keep Roo weird.
If there's any inside joke, story, resource, tradition, etc, that you thought was important to keep going with the next generation, what is it, and how would you explain it to a new Roovian?
Yell Bonnaroo at random times as loud as possible and respond back with a loud and proud “Bonnaroo” when someone else does the same. Very cool hearing it spread across the campgrounds and it doesn’t happen as much anymore.

i don't know if this fits into what you are looking for, but something i see a lot mostly on r/bonnaroo and sometimes around here is people who regret missing a set because their group wanted to go to another set and they didn't want to leave their group. but bonnaroo is one of the most fun places in the world to kick it solo. it's totally OK to separate and meet back up later and share your war stories.
Sturgill Simpson and Luke Combs Childish Gambino and Tyler, The Creator
That's a lot of Country and Rap in the top 8.
but Sturgill is not a name the average country-radio listener knows. I’d say he has a much bigger fanbase within the indie/jam scene than the traditional country scene.
Also, how bad is everyone going to be crushed when Justice isn’t on this?

it is kind of funny that the prospective headliners so far are rap and country while on the podcast they only focused on an increase in EDM and rock/guitar music and never really mentioned rap or country at all

I will never forgive myself for following my friends to Odesza instead of going to John Prine in 2019

lucky my story was the opposite, i wasn't really into John Prine or Odesza, but figured i'd go to Odesza because at least they'd have a cool light show. at the insistence of snowman i went to John Prine instead and i'm so glad i did.
years later at the insistence of Rummy 500 i went to see Odesza, and i'm also so glad i did.
