oooooh just had a vision of Riot Fest moving to Evanston just to rub salt in the wound of the Ryan Field drama up there. I am salivating at that prospect.

There just isn't really park space in Evanston big enough to hold it that time of year. James Park would be big enough but they're not going to cancel youth soccer for a weekend.

I was mostly thinking Calvary Cemetery but your idea is pretty good too.

I’m getting flashes of Fun Fun Fun Fest having to move outside of city limits.

Is Humbolt completely off the table? 2015 was my first year so I never made it to the original outdoor venue.

Hoping that Travis, Carti and Keef take offense at RF appropriating the "riotland" label and show them how it's done at Bridgeview this weekend.

Someone posted a blown up pic of the framed photo from the vid on Reddit. Def looks like an artistic rendering of Riotland because you have the blue bunny sign on the right. All I can make out is the white water tower on the left (apart from the airplane and hot air balloon, but those aren't landmarks). I wanna say the tall building on the upper right is the Sears Tower, but I'm not great at Chicago skylines/landmarks.

Moving it out of the city gives me less reason to go but I understand why. Whatever it holds, I hope it’s a good change for both them and people attending.

It’s an awesome festival that deserves to last years to come.
