I have to imagine there’s an open offer out to Taylor and it just depends on whether she wants to do it or not, it makes some sense as a post eras tour victory lap

Post Malone (specifically listed as a country set) is a #2 at Stagecoach and was bottom of the poster at OSL, there's definitely more wiggle room for billing there. A guest heavy set pulling from the people on his new album also ticks the Jelly Roll box and gets a bunch of CAA names on the stream.

Blink-182, albeit being a last minute replacement, was billed as a Headliner. No Doubt, was billed at the bottom.

allegedly they may have, but I do think billed at the bottom is our most likely guess until further clarification
I mean Calvin Harris was on the bottom of the poster too. Everyone’s placements annd their reasoning are a total mystery to everyone except themselves, their agents, and God.
