I missed him last time he played, didn’t make it in in time, but as I recall by all accounts he was disappointing in the Sahara. Unless you’re expecting a DJ set from him, which at the moment I am not. Smaller tent seems ideal for the energy IMO

He did a good job but the tent was crazy packed with people waiting for Uzi and so the energy was dead. Would love him in Mojave

Yeah. He was late and it was not that good. Crowd was ass and we left to catch the rest of Sofi Tukker who kicked tons of ass and the tent was not even that packed.
this thread needs a spicy curveball confirmation to give us something to have to adjust to, thus kicking off a bunch of debates to carry us through these last couple weeks... imagine if we had a leak like Bleachers main at 6:30, the ensuing Blur Outdoor or Mojave argument would make the time just fly by

I remember in 2015 we got confirmations of The Weeknd closing main and Axwell ^ Ingrosso closing outdoor (I think they were the first big DJ to ever play outdoor so we were all shocked, now obviously that's standard) within minutes of each other like a week before the festival and we just collectively gave up immediately.

really glad BICEP seems to be right after Renee rapp. should be super easy to get close for them. any idea of where barry cant swim is at in all of this and whether he conflicts with the surprise act, bicep, or quasar?

Honestly, aside from L'Imperatrice that is super ideal looking to me (assuming this person is legit). Young Fathers and Last Dinner Party in there back to back spares me one of my biggest conflict fears. Grimes in there makes me more inclined to think it's a live set (I know we had her in there either way, but if she wasn't in there I would've absolutely assumed Sahara for a DJ set). No Barry Can't Swim is interesting; Gobi feels way too small for him and Sahara doesn't really make sense, which makes me think Outdoor, though I hope it's not before 5:30 or 6pm. Gobi's not impossible, but that'll be a shitshow.
Wild guess but the Coachella x YouTube video has Peso Pluma, Reneé Rapp, Carin León, and another act who I don’t know on the split stage screen. Would assume that Peso is on the Main, León on the Outdoor, and Reneé on the Mojave from this?
