Anyone here watched a cricket match in their entire life?
Yeah. I was in Texas last year the night after you and I had that bomb ass dinner at Hugo’s. So we get back from S.A to NBTX after Polyphia, and it was the only shit live that you could bet on. So B had that shit on in his cabana at 2:30am. I don’t really understand it because unlike baseball innings, teams bat all their bats then the other team gets theirs. You have to run to like second base and back. It’s kind of cool and said to be big in S Asia and the subcontinent.

I’ve never watched rugby, cricket or fishing
I fished a lot but to catch good ones. They have this cool ass pacific islander dude who plays rugby here and lives in my apartments i always run into usually in a cast or on crutches. First exposure to rugby was college if I stayed up on the weekend since they played Saturday behind my dorm. Motherfuckers with broken noses and busted heads and shit but really no protective equipment. I watched a couple of those games and winced a lot.
Personally love MMA, it’s definitely barbaric but that’s one of the reasons I love it. Great sport to watch, fun sport to compete in. Some of my closest friendships have been built through combat sports and the mutual respect they require

some buddies and I in high school pulled all nighters with my friends family watching cricket World Cup matches. It’s not the most riveting sport ever but the highlights are legit and those memories I have will keep it safe for a couple rounds
