This Sunday marks the 10 year anniversary of the greatest poster in inforoo history: me, tranter.
We have some special things lined up for all the fans. We’re going to be announcing a tour shortly where you’ll get to meet Tranter, take some pictures, and have a quick reading of my new book that chronicles the history of Tranter and some of my best posts. The tour will kick off this Sunday at Shaky Knees at the baseball diamond at 5pm where I will have a table set up for autographs.
We’re also going to release a 5 DVD box set that includes a documentary, interviews, and a live action biopic where Tranter will be played by Timothée Chamalet.
Please share all your favorite Tranter moments and what Tranter has meant to you these past 10 years.

I like that how even tho he's a well known prankster you can tell that he has one of the biggest passions for the music scene ever and has a soft side as well

I wasn’t huge on the Shaky Knees lineup but now it became a can’t miss situation.

i saw this thread and left work immediately to go get in line. heading to atlanta now. i'm assuming i'm already too late but i'd hate myself for missing this opportunity.

I saw trantsgiving at a grocery store in Atlanta once. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

For years I missed meeting trantsgiving at Roo and Shaky Knees. When I finally meet him face to face he immediately wanted to lock our fingers together and do the old elementary school “dude, this looks like a vagina” trick .
