I feel pretty confident Paramore would be a standalone headliner if they played. Jack White as well.
Shaky can grab a huge headliner here and there, but they don’t really get a trio of huge acts.
Paramore is definitely a headliner at Shaky. Jack White was already a headliner and think he still could easily be. But I also see him getting the QOTSA treatment and bumping him down to preheadliner since he’s been taking lower placements at other fests. But also Weezer has headlined when Arcade Fire subbed. I don’t think Jack White liked playing Shaky last time. He seemed mad at all the phones and lack of engagement.

Also, even though Jack White is awesome, and plays White Stripes songs along with his solo stuff, he’s not the draw that The White Stripes were, or the draw that Paramore is.

he’s been intentionally doing underplays lately, I don’t think it’s out of the question he’ll sub some festivals. Maybe try to get on a smaller stage at some of them when the counterprograming will allow.
The worst case scenario might end up happening to me now. I bought 2 day tickets to Metallica in Nashville for May 1st and May 3rd because it seemed unlikely due to several factors that SK would be a May fest. Really hope this doesn’t end up being the same weekend as Shaky. Going to cause a domestic incident* that could have been avoided with some simple communication.
* meaning I get to sell my ticket to a friend at a probable loss. Happy wife happy life
