I kind of get the rationale to get rid of cabbage at some point. But little cabbages should go out before actual cabbage. That would be a stupid move if it was backwards. Egg rolls alone should get them the nudge ahead. Kimchi as well. Those are but two applications. Brussels you’re going to roast sautee or grill. Maybe pickle if you really like them. That’s all one trick pony vegetables.
