Brussel sprouts contain vitamin k and c and also stimulate detox enzymes found in your liver. Season them right and they soooooo good. They make most people fart but I don’t do that cuz I had my butthole sewn shut when I was 7. My son says I’m a liar but those aren’t fart noises he’s hearing they are just frogs snorting somewhere in the distance.
FWIW, Carrots are the missing link. Teddy was either clearly fucked up when he did this new survivor after 1am this morning. Carrots are better than broccoli, brussels sprouts and spinach so it really doesn't matter that they were accidentally (?) omitted.
Your culinary cred is taking a real hit this Survivor.
It's impeccable. Some people have color or texture issues with their mouths. I don't. But I generally don't like to eat foods which I don't like the way they smell. So rotten seafood, sulfur vegetables, linmberger cheese under cloche, egg salad, fried liver, etc.
The best things with spinach are because of the other ingredients.

Ridiculous that lettuce went out as early as it did though it's also ridiculous to suggest brussels sprouts going out before spinach is a crime. I generally only eat spinach if it's raw (and preferably baby spinach over big ass sulfurey leaves). Just think of the variations on what you can do with them. It's no contest. One could sub brussels sprouts for many cabbage dishes, but why would anyone do that kind of redundant and labor intensive shit?

I dont buy that most people are weighing health into this much. Corn would be long gone if so.
