Despite what the haters may be thinking, this really isn’t that bad of a top 10. I’d sub a 2 of 4 combination of peas lettuce asparagus or eggplant for spinach and broccoli. I eat lettuce the most of any of those then probably asparagus peas and eggplant. Mostly I get the fresh peas for stews but it’s been a few months. Also w/gnocchi. Spinach ill aways eat raw but on rare occasions I go to subway I’ll pile that shit on. Same if I have 50/50 mix. Broccoli to me tastes best in Viet/Japanese/Chinese dishes or raw. But preference is for the flower over the stalk unlike say asparagus where I like the stalks, and not be so big that pieces grab at your throat on the way down.

Haha. You can’t help it but try not to be mad. Pretty much everyone else could swap a couple out and be happy. If not, it’s too late to do anything about it anyway. Also my taste in vegetables is refined.
This is a good thought. Onions have god tier versatility but I'll continue saying that a vegetable that and is specifically called out an ordered at a restaurant to be eaten as its own dish (albeit seasoned) is more impressive / better than something that is just kinda meh on it's own. This is why I'd also have asparagus and brussels in my top3-7. Idk where shrooms are on your list.
Onion rings sure, but its battered into oblivion to where you might forget the onion is even there.
That said, I'll take the versatility of the onion over other things like spinach, cucumber, carrots and bell peppers.
I eat Bell peppers raw, I can't with an onion so peppers win. I fucked up my list bc I forgot mushrooms, they're top 5. But onions are definitely higher tier than cucumbers and carrots.
I just think, when I'm asked what veggie I want, it's ALWAYS asparagus, squash, or brussel sprouts, which puts them in top tier for me. Honestly, if I could eat Doris Metropolitan's beet side dish, that would be my number one. Beets are highly underrated. So much so, they didn't even make the list. 🤷♀️
Teddy vegetables I ate today - crawfish boiled corn and mushrooms, tomatoes jalapeños lettuce onions potato (Mike hot honey untz) pickled cucumbers. Many of the best [tm].
It’s not other types of fruit survivor but I did have some grapes (red wine) and apple grape pineapple kiwi blackberry juice that fn rules. Hail produce.
