Tomatoes are better than onions. Onions are almost never the main ingredient. Though part of the trinity they are far less versatile. They’re important but usually not as important as tomato components. Spaghetti and meatballs. Lasagna. Gazpacho. Salad. Shrimp creole. Salsa. Ketchup. Chicken cacciatore, pizza - it’s pretty endless. Don’t be that guy or girl thinking they are going to be cute but ends up fucking shit up.
I’m leaving tomatoes off of a lot of things lately. I’m not sure if it’s the quality of tomatoes but I haven’t been liking them as much. I’d rather have onions on a sandwich/burger than tomatoes right now.

I like all of these, but I don’t typically get excited about onions or potatoes. I sometimes get excited about a fresh heirloom tomato or an interesting mushroom (morels, chanterelles, truffles, etc.). (If we’re calling tomato a vegetable, I can call a truffle a mushroom. Don’t @ me.)
I don't really care about the true definitions, but I don't like potatoes on this list. Objectively, a vegetable, but no one has ever said, "I need to eat more vegetables!" and then go buy some potatoes.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

You know I agree. And I've stated before this is terrible and so horribly wrong.

Idk. I did that Saturday when I dug through the sweet potato selection to grab one for the stew I was preparing. Also I put back some baking potatoes and grabbed some purple ones. Everyone knows how good purple potatoes are for you.
