Me either but this is what we have to work with. The only things I can imagine would have been better than Interpol would be TMV and Idles. Then you have Chappel, Ethel, BBNG, Mdou Moctar, Roisin, Isbell, Megan, Brittany Howard, Khruangbin, GWAR in the mix for top 10.
of the top 10 set people they made 3 lists but I probably would've been at JRAD anyway
It turned out to be the right move. I gave them #3. We caught the last song and a half of Interpol who also sounded good. But they weren’t JRAD. No knock on anyone who was there instead but I’m glad to have done what I did because of the musical payoff. ————-
Also lol at non-attendees ranking Batiste where y’all did. We who were there pretty overwhelmingly voted it top couple shows (and I only gave it 7).

Of the bands who were playing at 9:45PM on Friday, they’d rank 5th for me. Maggie Rogers, JRAD, Lowdown Brass Band, and Konkbink are all better than Interpol, in my opinion.
I didn't go to Batiste at bonnaroo because he played my venue a month ago and is currently sitting at #57 on my 2024 concert ranking
This was a good show. Voters who went to the Bonnaroo set let their thoughts be known. Maybe some of them overranked them. But that’s kind of irrelevant and why I haven’t checked any vote in progress. Bonnaroo show was solid
