So what's everyone's experience/opinions on what entrance to take into Bonnaroo? Last year we came in from the west on Bushy Branch road at around 7 AM Thursday, and ended up kinda far away - Camp Zoolander I think. We were in an RV so that may have made a difference.
Looking at the maps for the last 2 years, what I thought was the main entrance says "Sunday night / Monday exit only". Does that mean "Exit only" or "You can only exit this way on Sunday night or Monday"?
So which way did everyone come in, what time, and how did it work out for you?
i liked waitng in line on bushy branch. much bigger party then on the side of the highway. and ya could walk to walmart. but we got a much better spot coming in off 24. 30+ minute walk fro, bushy branch versus a less then 5 minute walk off 24. at both entrances we arrived at about 5- 7 am on thursday morning.

Came in on I-24 from the East. We waited in line for maybe 20 minutes. This was around 2-3 p.m. on Thursday. We were set-up and drinking a brewsker by 4:30.
I'm thinking that based on where the RV campgrounds were last year, Bushy Branch from the East may be the way to go. Anyone have any experience with coming in that way? I'm probably putting way too much thought into this...
When you take I-24 from the east, which I will be doing, the Bonnaroo site exit is actually the second exit, right? Do you have a choice which exit to take or do the police determine that?
We are staying in Tullahoma on Wednesday night after going to the JD Distillery. On Thursday AM do we take 55 back to I-24 and head west or is that exit 112 that everyone is talking about? What is the best approach from Tullahoma on Thursday AM? Thanks.

We've come that way the last 2 years and have never slowed down until the turn off of Bush Branch into the ROO. EVERYONE is comin from the other direction.
I've come the "back way" twice previously, and they parked us right by that entrance - over a 35 minute walk to Centeroo. Trust me, you would rather sit in line for a while longer (it did only take us about 3 hours that way) to possibly get closer to Centeroo. Those long walks back to camp just killed me.
The "back way", if you're still interested, is the west-bound portion of Bushy Branch Road. The entrance off SR53 is the east-bound portion of bushy Branch Road.
