for sure, and i guess someone paying ten milli for a house isn't worried about stuff like this, but feels like insuring that place would be a nightmare/impossible.
but the price tag is probably "worth it" for the land alone. highlights how Vermont is one of the most beautiful states in the US.

I'm not super invested in this survivor but there are reasons why Vermont is one of the lowest population states.
Because it’s cold. However Bernie Sanders, Phish and Ben & Jerry’s comes out of there and it’s probably the most socialist leaning state we have. It is top tier bitches.

Also Long Trail Brewery. And the Long Trail itself. Great hiking Trail that goes through all of the state up to the Canadian border. Perfect mountain getaway-from-all-the-bullshit state. If you think it being the lowest populated state is a negative that's fine. I see it as one its most appealing parts.

Was every state put into a random list generator and you just picked the first 20? I think Vermont in the 8-10 range is right. It seems really nice but it gets very cold.
Just a reminder to everyone that 20 of 50 states is state rank divided by 0.4. So if you vote it #10 you are saying Vermont is roughly state #25. 25 is the actual solution as 10 / 0.4 = 25. However there are way more than 25 states that are worse than Vermont.
