Does any one have an idea how to actually get aboard the ariport shuttle to the festival? I had heard that there would be special tickets mailed out for this, but at least I never recieved them. The Bonnaroo website has been taking its good old time in responding to me, which kind of sucks, as I'm going to be on that shuttle in less than two weeks. So, if any one has any information about how the shuttle picks people up, and how to get aboard, it would easy my troubled heart, and I'd repay you with one of my slaves.

I received my tickets in the mail this week. There will be several signs and counters set up where you will exchange your ticket to bonnaroo, your shuttle ticket ( there are two, one for there and one for the way back) and you will receive your wristband all in one shot... when you receive your shuttle tickets there is also a scedule of the departure times listed for your convenience... hope that helps...
Received my shuttle tix last week, along with relatively detailed instructions. You should definitely contact customer service if you haven't received them yet. From what I understand, everything will be pretty straightforward upon arrival at the airport, with Bonnaroo signs, meeting points, ambassadors, etc.

Did the shuttle tickets come in with the tickets to the festival, or were they seperate? I have already recieved my festival tickets, but I've got nothing in regards to the shuttle. Please clarify. Thanks.
we got them a few days ago - about 2 days after we got them.
just cheap little paper tickets - nothing fancy. i assume they are checking that against some list, because it would be really, really, really easy to make your own...

Thanks to everyone for their help, I've spoken with travel agents that work for the company that manages the shuttle service, they are aware that my tickets were mailed, and never got to me, and they are going to send me new ones. The feedback from this boared really helped me get my stuff together, and lit enough of a fire under my ass that I should go and call the people. Thanks for that. And also, please, I know I may be an internet "newb," but have enough faith in me that I can read, and saw the big link that said "PURCHASE TRAVEL PACKAGE HERE. THESE ARE NOT TICKETS." I'm not trying to be harsh or anything, but understand that it is insulting for some one to instinuate that you are too stupid to manage a website. I harbor no ill will though, so don't take this as a gesture of agression.
