Well, me and my family always hit up the Ten. River. We ausually launch from Parsons located about 150 miles south of SW of Nashville. Its really part of the kentuvky and extends further north, its just that whole area is amazing.
well, not exactly *near* Roo, but Percy Priest Lake is in very very southeast Nashville, about an hour from the Bonnaroo site. They have lots of camping and swimming beaches.
