It's now less than 24 hours before I start the road trip eastward for roo and I haven't received anything regarding directions for getting to the VIP entrance. Did I miss an email or have they not sent it out yet?
I know it should be the Holiday Inn. Does anyone have an address and/or directions to the Holiday Inn?

There are two maps that we received with our tickets. One is the map to the Holiday Inn and the other is the check-in at the site. If I'm wrong about this, please tell me.
Any chance you could scan them? I don't seem to have them in my ticket envelope, but the tickets are definitely VIP tickets and so is the parking pass.

not that folks can't find them if they really want to.. but the whole idea behind VIP directions is so that there is a less-congested path to the VIP entrance for those who have shelled out the extra bucks for the VIP tickets. posting them online kind of defeats the purpose. so, unless you really want to have a bunch more people travel that route, please don't post them. yes, i know, you have to have VIP tix to get into VIP, but they don't check until after you've checked in at the holiday inn.

Dude, cool your VIP ticket having jets.
There are checkpoints only allowing "VIPs"...
Not to mention, a quick search of Ebay reveals the directions as well.

I went ahead and deleted the directions off my post just in case.

dude.
as i said earlier in the post... yes, people can find the info if they search for it. IMHO, that doesn't mean it needs to be posted all over the place making it even easier to find. person-to-person transfer of information is better anyway.
regarding VIP checkpoints... it's been my experience in 2004 and 2005 that this doesn't really happen. further, even if it does, it means folks have to turn around and get out of line, causing even more hassles.
does it make a huge difference in the long run? of course not. is it more pleasant to minimize the time spent in line in order to maximize the time spent inside? of course.
so, thanks ticktrix.
and to you, übercool imakeycaca dude, have a great roo!
