No Rinse. check out www.norinse.com I read about this stuff somewhere and ordered the bathing wipes for roo last year. Yes, a shower is great but you have to have the water, the space, drainage, etc. a package of wipes was completely worth it. One package is good for one to two "showers". You do actually feel like you had a shower and it takes not time. I got the best price at amazon.com for the wipes.
Also, a nice small LED headlamp or one that fits in your pocket.
Next, change shoes. Don't wear the same pair two days in a row or all day every day. I changed between "tennis" shoes and TEVA's It helps the feet.
Tent fan.
If you can bring a large tarp or 10x10 pop up to put up over your tent it makes the world of difference.
