I would suggest that anyone leaving a cooler put a little sign on it with their name, there will undoubtedly be multiple coolers of the exact same type, it'll atleast avoid confusion
I just found out that the friends that were supposed to be coming with me are now backing out. Looks like I'll be flying solo. I'll just have to make new friends there.

I think my friends are backing out too. I am probably in the same boat. OH and I am packing extra boulders in case you tricksters tempt me with the jerky again.... packing some herbs in there too....under the boulders. I'll join you wooz. want me to bring pancakes for real?
Solo is the way to go IMHO. Make new friends, go where you want when you want.
Stop by Camp Inforoo if you get lonely. Plenty of good people there for sure.
totally agreed dude, i have friends who will be coming down seperately and car campin and im sure ill meet up with them for some shows, but i want to meet as many new folks as i can

Small questions...is there a place to fill up with drinking water in VIP? And what exactly is air conditioned - the bathrooms and food tent?
Not that I care to stalk famous people or anything (I could care less to), but anyone see any famous ppl in VIP in prior years?
And are ppl pretty social? I can see VIP being pretty laid back, but I'm curious do ppl usually keep to themself or are ppl pretty outgoing? (as you can see I don't know much about the south, but I can see ppl being pretty cool).
VIP is very laid back and the people are very cool. There are older people, doctors and such, but they are partying with the rest of the crowd. I've never seen anyone famous.
Bathrooms and the vIP hospitality tent (where the food is) are a/c'd.
i will be sleeping in the van and camping with a large group. but i will be through. and depending on how many people i have with i can probably bring water and whatnot for anyone flying in and just drop it off at camp inforoo like last year. hope to meet more of you this year. i only came through a couple of times last year real quick. just too much to do. i came through camp inforoo on thursday night last year after toubab krewe and the camp was quiet and empty. plus giant panda guerilla dub squad and the raging party there was calling my name form a distance! but this year if we are still lacking a thursday latenight we should just have our own thursday latenight at camp inforoo!!!! or at least meet up there as a starting point for some late night raging throughout the campgrounds. our group is always wandering around all night thursday, drawn to loud noises and bright objects, looking for a drum circle.
I won't be able to make it to Roo until Friday morning this year, but last year your gifts of cooler/ice/water/bud light were greatly appreciated ;D If you think you'll have space again this year, I'll be flying out again and would love the help again.
there is a good chance i will be going solo. if i do i will join the inforoo crew.
If you go solo, Camp Inforoo is definitely the place to be. Last year was my first Roo, and I went solo, and the experience would not have been the same without the great people of Camp Inforoo.

Camp Inforoo will make the experience great. Last year was my first Roo and first festival and I went solo. Everyone at camp inforoo was incredibly helpful and welcoming before and during Roo.
Hey everyone. Brian here. Add me to the list. Last year was my first Bonnaroo and I stayed at Camp Inforoo. Good decision! Great location, less walking and fun people. Here are some pics from 06.

Hopefully Camp Inforoo will have enough room for me too. Looks like I'll be solo this year. I have some friends going but they are volunteering. So I guess I have you guys to chill with =D
I will be bringing at least 3-4 coolers (maybe more, I am hitting up all my friends for extras) to share and leave at Camp Inforoo for use by anyone that wants/needs them. THey will most likely vary in size from the smally swinger day carry around size to the bigger day cooler size...but I'll have them all stocked with something to begin with - ice for sure and water, soda or beer. Put in your orders now. Sounds like someone likes Bud Light, any other prefereces? I know I can other bette beers in cans and of course sodas....just let me know. My goal is to have about 8-12 coolers of various sizes available for use during the fest fo those flying in...just please get them all back at the end. Not awful it not. But would be nice ;D And let me know what you like other wise you will get stuck with water, diet coke., and probably a combo of bud light and maybe Yueling cans if I can find them or Guieness and Heinekin.....would spring for Dales if I could get it aorund here but have never seen it in cans.....

Yuenling cans would be great if you can find them. It's one of my favorite cheap beers, but they don't sell it in CT in bottles or cans I'm really not picky though, just want to stick to something on the lighter side since I don't think the heavy beer works too well in the heat or with drinking games.
