Could any one tell me where they have had the VIP Ticket Trade in on Thursday. I have heard it was at the Holiday Inn. Any info would be great. We want to drive down on Wednesday,spend the Night, and just take our time getting to VIP Campground on Thursday. You know one last hot shower, one last sit down meal.

It's in the packet of info you receive with your tickets. Check-ins have previously been held in the Holiday Inn by the KOA.
If you're wanting to find a hotel in Manchester for Wednesday (specifically the one where check-in will be this year), you're probably out of luck already.
Thanks. I just went ahead and made the reservation. I hope they don't change it this year. If so, oh well.
While it would be ideal if they kept the location the same, even if they did change the pickup spot, it'll probably be a stone's throw from the Holiday Inn.
If it still is at the Holiday Inn, you will find it right off of I-24 on exit 114. Your profile doesn't say where you are, so I can't tell you which way to go when you get here, but it will be on the east side of I-24. You will see it when you get off the exit.

I will be coming from Cincy. Thanks for the directions. How far do think it is from the hotel to the Vip entrance or how long do you think it will take?
VIP works differently than GA. In GA, you drive to the gate, they scan your ticket and you get a wristband and then drive on into your campspot.
For VIP, you have to show your ticket at the Holiday Inn. There, you will receive your VIP wristband as well as the VIP "package". From the Holiday Inn you will drive over to the VIP enternae which is about a quarter of a mile, or less from the Holiday Inn.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR VIP WRISTBAND, YOU CAN NOT ENTER THE VIP ENTRANCE!!!!!!!
Do not worry, you will have no problem finding the Holiday Inn right off the interstate (From Cincy you will turn left off I-24, go across the overpass and the Holiday Inn is right there on your left) or the VIP Entrance.
