Everywhere I saw last year, it was two rows of cars and two rows of tents. It ended up making little alleyways between the rows of cars, where you wouldn't trip over tent strings.
You'll have space. Just park your car as far away from the other row as you can. The guy will be waving you in, but just try to ignore him as much as you can. Practicing setting up the camp site is a good idea, too.
I've camped both in single rows behind the car and in double rows between cars. I think it just depends on where you are and how they set you up. Both ways have worked fine for me (though the double rows seem more crowded and neighborly and you get less foot traffic through your site.)
