We have practiced our set up to some degree 3 times so far -- and this is our 5th Bonnaroo!
We are trying to perfect it. Tent, EZup, custom built shade tent for our tent (we are going without the rain shield this time), gutter system. Maximize breeze, minimize morning sun, be ready for sideways rain and crazy wind, just in case. It gets better every year.
We even made one of those Kooleraire things.
We obsess over it. Must keep out heat and water.......
If only we could figure out how to get rid of those SPIDERS.

I set up my tent this last weekend at a friends farm, and it kept up very very well. All I have to say is that I could hardly sleep past 7 with the heat coming in (it also didnt help that in the daytime it was kinda swampy right there). So waking up in swamp TN weather is no joke, but the tent was impressive, slept 3 people without a problem and could of fit 2 more if needed.
"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."
Had a great weekend camping over the holiday and all my gear checks out (of course I will only be bringing a small fraction of the stuff I took this weekend since I will be minus one wife and two kids)
