Has anyone used this before? We are flying in early Thursday morning and taking the shuttle into Bonnaroo. I am bring in lots of supplies, probably as much as we can get on the plane. Does anyone know if the shuttle takes you right to tent-only or will I have to hike a long way with all my supplies?

oh it's definitely worth it, and TN is beautiful
as your question, last year the shuttle dropped off at woodland avenue (lower right on the map, next to VIP), the tent only section is right above VIP on the map (in green)
it's not really THAT far from tent only, but carrying/dragging two 50 lb bags in that TN heat can be brutal. I'd say pack as light as possible, or use wheeled luggage that's ready to handle some rough (possibly muddy) terrain
As long as it's not a 30 minute hike it should be OK. I can always carry one load and have my GF wait with the other and come back to get the rest. We are bringing a tent, canopy, chairs, large cooler and supplies and clothes so that aspcet of it will suck but as soon as we get set up it will be worth the trouble (could not view the image, by the way, but thanks for the info).
Do you think I will have problems getting all that stuff on the plane? I hope they let me bring a cooler with duct tape but I may just decide to buy one in Centeroo
Check your airline's website for baggage limitations, they are enforcing them much more strictly in the last few years. Most airlines have rules based on weight and on number of checked articles. It's an income stream to them so if you show up with too much, they won't turn you away, they'll just charge you a premium.
Never tried to check a cooler and I can't recall ever seeing one on a carousel, but don't expect to buy one in Centeroo, the General Store (in the camping area) only sells basics and the Centeroo vendors are selling food, beverages, crafts and clothing.

coolers have been no problem for me in the past, just check on size and weight limits , the airline website should have the info spelled out pretty well... they'll even tell you about travelling with beer
