oh that is such a good idea! im so worried im gonna walk over to camp and see that noone is there very good idea indeed
You just gave me an idea.. what if you found a hollow Waldo doll(from "Where's Waldo") or even several or 20 and packed them with just a few special goodies and just randomly tossed them around the campgrounds..
If enough people heard about people finding them..
"Dude.. why are you running around staring at the ground..?"
"I'm looking for waldo!!!!"
I don't know why I thought of that.. and I'm not going to do it.. but it would be funny as hell

Instead of a whiteboard, you should just bing a couple of big pieces of cardboard. Maybe one for each day... Then we can all leave notes/draw at a whim, and at the end of the weekend, we will have something to take pictures of. It could be hilarious, imagine the things that would be written on it!
EDIT:::: I updated my two posts, to add the police gathering.
can someone post what meet-ups at what times? for instance, the jam session. i think it's on thrs nite but what time? also, the late nite meet for mule. what time?
great thread, i was starting to wonder how I would keep a track of all the meetup activities...
the inforoo scribble board/cardboard sounds like a great idea! maybe someone could even bring a big art pad and we could just turn pages at will when necessary (i would do it, but im flying, trying to be minimal). we've already added markers n sharpies to our "to bring" list

Too bad we can't set up a laptop to just scroll messages. I've got some old functional junkers, but 1) power would be a problem and 2) someone would walk off with it eventually.
