This is my first Roo. Long time fan, first time rooer. I opened up my tent and didn't realize that it was sooooo big. Is a 10 x 20 tent too big for car/tent area? It's going to be four of us in one car and we will need the tent space.

Be nice to your neighbors and start setting up as soon as you park. Worst case you can always go to tent only. A lot of people would say that's a better gig anyway.

This is a hard question to answer, because it really depends where u get parked. If someone parks their car next to u but decides it's too cramped and decides to leave for tent only, then that open space is free to claim. If ur on the outskirts their usually isn't the cramped space problem there. So, there is no real answer that I can tell u ahead of time, sorry. Personally, our first year, our neighbors had a huge tent with no space for it so we helped to come up with a plan and used their tent poles to hold up one side while we afixed the other side of their tent to one side of our canopy shade tent to give them maximum use of their space.
