Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
For those of you staying in Murfreesboro the night before Roo, I have a recommendation for you.
There is a great little store called the Beer Depot near campus that has an insane selection of beer. It's a bit out of the way, but it supports a local business with really friendly staff, and is better than the schwaggy beer you would find at Kroger and the like.
If anyone is interested, here are some directions:
From Old Fort Pkwy @ I-24:
Take Old Fort Pkwy to Broad Street. Take a right on Broad. Take a left on Main. Follow Main around the square. You will go through the light at Middle Tennessee Blvd. Keep going about a half mile, and you will see the Beer Depot on the right. It's near a Circle K. They also have a fairly good selection of cigars there, if you're into that, as well.
If you want directions from a different area of town, let me know.

You also pass the bar Liquid Smoke and that is a great place to grab a few brews, I think they have over 150 beers (mostly bottles). That place is located on the square near Bluesboro (another bar), and Wal Street (another bar).

Yeah, I guess I should clarify that the Beer Depot is for picking up beer to bring to Roo with you. The places masshysteria mentioned are good places to grab a beer and hang out that night.

Yeah, Liquid Smoke is a very hip and friendly joint with a fantastic beer selection, but be prepared to pay for what you get. They also have a VERY nice humidor if you're into cigars. The Bluesboro has better drink specials, more room and usually top-notch booking. The best place to buy beer, as Joga mentioned, is by far the Beer Depot. These guys don't just carry good beer, the staff are all well-versed beer aficionados. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll be able to tell you what they do have that is similar. As far as food, also stay on the square for good eats. Marina's is very good italian food, and reasonably priced. Maple Street Grill is a bit more upscale and a bit more expensive, but still worth it. For breakfast, I hit the Clay Cup every monday morning.

Now if you do not want to drive deep into the boro, there is a place called total beverage right pass the Wal Mart by the interstate. It is less than a half mile away from the interstate and has the next best selection of brews.

We went to the Beer Depot on friday, and unfortunately, they don't have much in cans. Guinness, Belhaven, Murphy's, Sapporo, and a few others. DAMN THE GLASS BOTTLE RULE! DAMN IT TO HELL!!!!!!
I found a good place in Tullahoma last year with premium beer. I forget the name .. but the locals could probably tell you. It was on the main hwy where most of the hotels and strip malls are.
