The listserv also has a regular meet-up at 4:20 am and 4:20 pm behind (not in) the cinema tent. In addition to the blues/bbq thingie on Thurs. Maybe not a bad idea for us too? Create a Brady Bunch kinda thing with Listservers and Inforoosters twice a day?

PS Has anyone heard from Capt Trips? I see that Clark mentioned him in this string, and I have wondered what he's up to. Too bad we haven't heard from him this year; he had many good stories.

Capt Trips made such a large presents on this board last year, I’ve been wondering about him also, a very interesting guy. It was great talking with him and taking a look at his bus Willow. I remember having quite a few conversations about Willow on this board last year. I’m going to try my best to be at the Listservers Beer BQ Thursday night (featuring (JPBC) the Jeff Pechow Blues Caravan), just sounds like too good of a party to miss! I hope lots of you good people can make it to the Beer BQ on Thursday night; if you can make it, bringing your own party favors, something to eat and a musical instrument would be a plus, it’s my understanding everyone’s invited to jam (is a plastic 5 gallon bucket a musical instrument?, could be!). If you need more info, Soup posted the details earlier on this thread. Hope to meet some of you there! Are there any specific plans for an exclusive Inforoo meet up? I have to say it’s been blast to having a conversation with you folks for over a year now, even if it’s been in a virtual landscape, and I definitely would not want to invade anyone’s space out in the Tennessee fields, (I’m a bit shy like that anyway) but a quick hello would be wonderful if we could manage it!

My wife and I will be there as photographers. I will most likely be wearing a black hat with "larrysafko.com" on the front and a tan photography vest with my equipment in it. I will look like I'm struggling and sweat will probably be pouring off me. Feel free to say hello and let know your from inforoo. Larry
alright....since no one is committing to a time and place.....here is mine.....i will be on or by the swings on the playground each day between 3:00 and 3:30pm.....now with govt mule playing on saturday at 2:45 im not promising the full 30mins but i will be there at 3 for a little while.....cause im cool like that .....so if yall would like to be there cool......if not, enjoy the ride without me......i will probably have something dorky like a paper sign that says "inforoo" to identify myself.....that way i can keep it folded up in pocket.....since the yelling thing didn't work out as planned last year......see yall there
OK, by the swings on the playground, daily, between 3:00-3:30. Look for Raven's sign (I may just adopt the foldaway idea too!), call out "snausages" (thanks bunny) or "Inforoo", and cross fingers that we meet. Jeff's bbq Thurs night for those who are up for it (sounds groovy if complicated), and maybe 4:20 am and pm behind the cinema tent to meet the step-siblings of the listserv.
I'm headed out tomorrow at midnight; if I dno't post after this evening, look forward to seeing ya'll at Roo! safe travels to all.
I probably won't get in until Friday morning and will be getting to Centeroo around when the shows start, the Thursday/ before shows start doesn't work for me.
I missed last year's proposed meetups for the same reason, although I think I tried to go at one predetermined time and couldn't find anyone.
I know last year we tried to meet at the playground and that turned out to be a bit too vague. I can't remember how many swings there are, but we could probably get even more specific than that.
