As a reminder, you will need to present both your VIP Parking Pass and your VIP RV Upgrade voucher to claim your VIP RV Parking Pass. Both items are necessary to redeem your RV Parking Pass.
You will exchange these items for your RV Parking Pass at the Holiday Inn check-in location as indicated in the VIP information sheet included with your tickets.

You're absolutely right. I just had what was probably my tenth conversation on this topic with Music Today or Bonnaroo outright and finally believe I received an accurate, disappointing, response. The gist is this: Bonnaroo at first told its ticket vendors and patrons that all RV passes were the same and your parking location was dictated by your festival tix (i.e., VIP tix + RV pass = VIP RV, and GA tix + RV pass = GA RV). However, Bonnaroo recently contacted its vendors - and those patrons who purchased VIP tickets and RV passes directly from Bonnaroo - to tell them that the policy had changed. Now, as you indicated in your post, explicitly VIP RV passes are needed to gain access to VIP RV. Note that your VIP vehicle pass is not the same as a VIP RV pass. Those who ordered RV passes with their VIP tix should have been contacted by Bonnaroo and sent free VIP RV upgrades. If you're like me, however, and got your VIP tix through unofficial means and as such have a generic RV pass, you WILL NEED TO BUY A VIP RV PASS from Music Today to gain access to VIP RV. They're going for $75, which is annoying, since now I have 2 RV passes of equal monetary value. They assured me I could still use VIP amenities even if I elected not to upgrade to a VIP RV pass, but I'd have to park my RV in GA - which could be out in BFE. The whole reason I want VIP is access, so I paid the $75. If you find yourself in the same boat as me, call Music Today directly at 800-594-TIXX and get them while they last.
