I have never used a Roo ATM but, I've regularly heard of problems. Maybe they are empty. Maybe they are broken. Maybe there is an ungodly line when you only have minutes to spare. Maybe some jackass is busy pissing on one.
Save yourself any possible nproblems and just bring cash!
