If it doesn't let you put in an exit number on the interstate, just put in Manchester, TN. You don't have to necessarily have an address in it. You'll just get off at exit 112 instead of 111.
Dude, take I-75 North to Chattanooga. In Chattanooga take I-24 North towards Knoxville. You will see signs after you enter Tennessee. Exit when they tell you or have a specific plan, this depends on when you are leaving G'Ville and the time of day. Avoid Atlanta between 7 AM and 11 AM, 3:30 and 7 PM. It takes about 6.28.567 hours from just north of Gainesville
