last year was out first roo, and we already had gone through the getting pulled over on the way and things getting confiscated and my boyfriend getting arrested.
BUT, that's not going to happen this year. Last year pulling up I remember we had a nice girl who just checked our tickets and asked to us to pop the trunk open, and she looked around, and closed it.
whats the most common reason for getting pulled over on the road there. thats the thing im most afraid of. any tips on how to not get pulled over would be appreciated

Don't paint things like Bonnaroo or Bust on your car, keep windows clear, and mind the laws of the road. Oh, also make sure your car is legal. No real dark tint or huge loud mufflers, and UTD tabs.

A little feeling in my gut that I get of late when I think about these cats running the world with hate
Last year, I think the volunteers just checked the glove box, the magazine pockets on the back of the seats, the nooks on the inside of the doors, and their initial sight area. I think they opened up the back hatch and checked one of our coolers but it was a 2 minute thing and we were on our way.

Also, make sure you don't have any burned out lights, cracked windshield, etc etc. It's being overly cautious, but better safe than sorry.
Check out this site, it an attorney in Tennesee that is giving advice to Bonnarooers. You should remember that while on Bonnaroo property if you refuse a search they can make you leave.

That dude is awesome. He came on here before '06, and posted pretty much everything he says in that article. I wrote his info down on a slip of paper in case I wound up needing it, and I almost did. He's also been pretty good with responding emails I have sent him. Usually if not within a day or two, less than a week. That guy is doing a great service to the people of Bonnaroo!
