We are going to be dropped off by someone going into VIP. Anyone have any suggestion as to where we should be dropped off? And if we go in Wednesday night, will they make us walk all the way out to BFE, and then back when Tent Only opens?
(Just wanna let yahs know too, I'm about to go to work for the last time before Roo. YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!)

Well, for one thing, your VIP friend can't get in on Wednesday night. He/she will have to go to the Holiday Inn Express on Thurs. morning, to pick up wristbands, and gain entrance.
Not sure if you can even gain access to the nearest entrance to TO & VIP on Wednesday night, if you're going GA. But I would doubt it. Worth a shot, though.....
Just make sure you have a cart or wheeled device to lug your stuff from BFE, should you get stuck there.

yes they will put you in BFE Wednesday night and you'll have to move to TO Thursday when it opens. Since you are GA, you won't be allowed through the VIP gate (unless they are more lax than they lead us to believe). I think you have to go through the normal gate Wednesday night - there won't be much wait in line Wednesday.
that is a strange arrangememtn yo uhave - hope it works out smoothly for you.
You might be able to have them drop you off Wed. night and walk directly to Tent Only. I think if you're in the car when they hit the VIP entrance they'll turn the whole car around and your friend will have to go drop you off and then get back in line.

Ayup. Pretty much. IIRC, the road actually keeps going and is an access road around the back of What Stage, but the only people using the road when we went in last year were VIPers.
Doesn't maytter - you cannot get to Tent Only OR to VIP on Wednesdaynight - VIP's pick up theri wristbands beginning 10 a.m. on Thursday and even if you come in on Wednesday night to camp in Tent only - they will make you go to BFE to camp because they will not open Tent only until like 7 a.m. on Thursday
